// PROJECT NOTES //

This project will preserve the abandoned San Onofre Beach Club by stabilizing its deteriorated features, focusing on life-safety and matters of significantly failed materials and systems. The building is 10,240 sf and was constructed in 1946. Deferred maintenance and proximity to the Pacific Ocean had resulted in deterioration that threatened its historic status. All HVAC and electrical systems were replaced as well as service to the building. All facets of the project were submitted to the California State Office of Historic Preservation and approval.
