KMA Architecture & Engineering reported the completion of the new Audiology Clinic at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare System, in Loma Linda, Calif. KMA designed the $4.7 million project under a design-build arrangement with the Teehee/Straub Joint Venture.

KMA Architecture & Engineering has announced that design concepts are underway for the exterior retrofit of the Kilroy Realty Corporation owned office building located 9455 Towne Centre Drive in University Town Center. KMA was retained to create design scenarios that would modernize the building and make it more attractive to prospective tenants.

KMA Architecture & Engineering has announced that the Green Flag Operations Facility at Nellis Air Force Base in Clark County, Nevada, has been awarded LEED Silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. The $15 million project was part of a design/build partnership with Jaynes Corporation that was completed in March 2011.
