The building provides general administrative spaces as well as classified administrative, briefing, auditorium, and conference spaces. The project is located along the flight line at Nellis AFB and the design included a roof-top observation deck. Noteworthy sustainable features include: a 35% water use reduction, cool roof, 40% energy savings, use of recycled materials, daylighting and shaded outdoor gathering areas. |
