A new LEED Gold Certified 35,800 sf P-790 applied instruction, training and boat support facility for the Navy Special Warfare Center and its Boat Support Department, and Ballistic Training Command. The facility houses administrative spaces, classrooms, conference rooms, instructor and support areas, gear storage, medical office/exam rooms, shower/locker rooms, parts storage, laundry, and a high-bay boat area for boat maintenance and storage with an overhead bridge crane.
