| // PROJECT NOTES // This parking garage was a unique project in that it was actually an "addition" to an existing subterranean parking garage and a small piece of a large plan to develop over time. This 2nd Phase of the Parking Expansion involved the construction 6 new levels above grade making for a 7-story naturally ventilated parking garage. Early on, we worked closely with Hope-Amundson (structural engineers) in BIM to fully coordinate the difficult task of adding on to an existing structure. Original design by BPA. |
