| // PROJECT NOTES // The challenge in this design was to combine and update 2 identifiably separate suites, each with their own style, to make one large office that shared common program elements for the tenant. On the west side, KMA selected finishes to match the existing demountable partitions and developed the program that would reconfigure and re-use most of the existing partitions. On the east side, we modified the office layout to expand hallways, connect common spaces and provide a large break room. KMA provided services from conceptual space planning through construction administration. |
