The project's 12 separate, single-story buildings conveniently located adjacent to the Oceanside border, accommodate small- to mid-sized medical businesses and private-practice physicians. The project is situated on a 10-acre site, with each individual building ranging in size from 3,700 to 8,500 square feet. Plans for Creek View also take advantage of the surrounding environment by connecting the area to the neighborhood network via a bike and pedestrian trail. To further incorporate the project into its natural environment, landscaping was designed to provide easy access to the wetland area at the rear of the project. |
