The design for the 6th & Palm project consists of 75 residential units over ground-floor corner retail. The split lot zoning favored a 13-story residential tower on the 5th Avenue side that features luxury, for-sale residential units with San Diego Bay, Downtown, and Balboa Park views. The 6th Avenue side features a 3-story walk-up townhome component with live/work ground-floor retail potential.
