// PROJECT NOTES // A loose concept sketch from an eccentric German architect inspired this two-story, 7,500 sf office building for a German real estate company. The modernist design is lean, clean, and simple and features precision craftsmanship and great attention to detail. The minimalist building consists of exposed cast-in-place concrete walls, exposed steel structure, floor-to-ceiling exterior window walls with operable windows, glass interior partitions, polished concrete floors, and exterior shading devices. Open interiors with furniture by Le Corbusier and Bruck Lighting reflect the minimalist/modernist roots of this design. |
