19_MIXED-USE / RESIDENTIAL

Part of a large planned mixed-use office, commercial and residential community in Aliso Viejo, Vantis has been designed for Shea Homes as an exciting high density urban style residential building. This is Shea’s first high density urban style building and KMA was selected as architect on the basis of our extensive experience with this building type and our previous urban designs.

The building sit on a prominent bluff within the community and will be visible from the Hwy 72 toll road, serving as a visible landmark and signature piece for the Vantis development. It is planned as 4 stories over 1 1/2 levels of undeground parking. Two buildings are arranged in a “U” shape opening towards the spectacular southeast views, and surrounding an extensive landscaped plaza which terraces down the hill incorporating landscaped amenity areas including a pool, community room and both large and intimate outdoor spaces.

The building consists of 101 residential units, average size approximately 1,400 sf. The unit mix consists of 81 2 bedroom/2 ba units, including 20 affordable units, as well as 20 2—story luxury penthouse units. BACK »
