This proposed project, for a Washington developer, is for a large mixed-use urban development consisting of two high-rise (16 and 24 stories, respectively) luxury residential towers and a 4 story office building, all with street level retail spaces, on a urban riverfront site. The building sit on a large landscaped podium with 3-4 levels of underground parking for the project and surrounding uses below, and a large landscpaped plaza providing river views and public access above.
