The project, prepared for a San Diego developer, is a proposal for a 7 story, 99 unit urban residential building with street level retail in downtown Escondido. The site is currently a city-owned surface parking lot providing public parking for approximately 100 cars. The project proposes to provide the same amount of public parking on a segregated level in the project’s underground garage and to redevelop the site above.

The proposed building provides 99 residential units with an average size of 1,090 square feet, including 11 street accessed townhome units ranging in size from 1,500-2,000 sf and 7 large penthouse units of approximately 1,600 sf, as well as approximately 7,500 sf of street level retail. BACK »
