The KMA project team consists of Antonio Bernardo, Don Blair, John Hilgeman, Joyce Peabody and Nicole Thompson. Engineering services will be provided by Glotman Simpson, TKG Consulting, and Nasland Engineering. The general contractor is DPR Construction. Schmidt Design is the landscape designer and Jules Wilson is providing interior design.
The Lofts at 707 10th marks KMA’s fourth mixed-use residential project in downtown San Diego’s East Village. The firm also designed Nexus and served as executive architect for Park Terrace and Parkloft, the pioneering redevelopment project in the Ballpark District.
