KMA designed this 37,627 square foot space to be adaptable to the needs of the tenant, including an optional loading dock per the pre-design layout. The unique flex-tech building will be used primarily as office space with some light assembly and testing. The two-story glass entryway has a cantilevered trellis over the octagonal lobby, with large expanses of tinted high-performance glass and wall sconces for accent lighting on textured walls.
