This design build project consists of the new construction of the Vehicle Maintenance Facility (33,000 SF) as well as the remodel of the existing Vehicle Maintenance Facility (25,800 SF), alteration and addition of 144 SF to an existing 4,133 square foot maintenance facility, the renovation of another vehicle maintenance facility consisting of 25,858 square feet, alteration to an existing distinguished visitor operation building consisting of 1,930 square feet, a vehicle wash sized to wash vehicles up to and including pickup trucks and HMMV’s, and a new loading dock of approximately 2,00 square feet.
