“The Campo Border Patrol needed a new station that could enhance their ability to protect San Diego County’s eastern border,” said KMA Principal Joyce Peabody. “KMA was pleased to design a new border patrol station that is able to aid agents with their demanding job requirements and offers the most-up-to-date features and amenities.”

KMA was selected for this project based on the firm’s extensive experience in government projects, including for the General Services Administration, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Government, and the United States Navy. Previously, services KMA has provided for these projects include site investigation, planning, charette collaboration, concept design and construction document development.

For the patrol station, C.F. Jordan was the general contractor, Flores Lund Consulting Engineers was the structural and civil engineer and Garbini & Garbini was the landscape architect.
