Sunshine Avenue Rowhomes, designed for B&H Property Systems of El Cajon, is an innovative proposal to provide individual stand-alone (no common area association) entry-level for-sale urban rowhomes at a high density on an urban redevelopment site in the El Cajon Redevelopment district. The project consists of 40 urban townhome and live-work units in 1 bed/2 bath and 2 bed/2 bath configurations, all with private enclosed tandem garages. A small neighborhood commercial building and public plaza on the corner of the site anchor the project in the community and provide an urban amenity.

Innovative mass-produced panelized concrete construction techniques are proposed in order to control costs and careful design will produce high quality, energy efficient, low maintenance, private modern urban townhomes at a price that is accessilbe to the entry-level workforce buyer. BACK »
