The high-density residential component is one element of the approximately 39-acre Vantis project, which features office buildings, live-work lofts, townhomes, low-rise condominiums and structured parking. The KMA-designed phase is expected to begin construction in mid-2009.

 

The KMA project team is comprised of Jim Belmont, Stephanie Bien, B. Moon Hajjar, Billy Jennings, Heather Mertes and Robb Walker. The structural engineer is Glotman Simpson and the landscape architect is Urban Arena.
