In addition to its intricate landscaping, the six-story ResMed building is known for its modern architectural design and sustainable features. With a focus on employee health, the building also incorporates an abundance of natural lighting in public spaces and includes an exercise facility and a full-service cafeteria.
The KMA project team includes Hilgeman. The structural engineer is Hope Engineering and the general contractor is Reno Contracting. Birdair provided the fabric structure engineering and construction.
