This project provided facilities for the sector head quarters for DHS / Border Patrol El Centro, CA. The design requirements were established through a design charette process which engaged the user in a series of discussions concerning the current operations, functional relationships and future requirements. Based on these findings, phase one of the project includes a two-level, 69,949 square foot headquarters building, ATV storage facility, canopy parking areas, vacuum, vehicle wash, and fueling facilities.
