KMA was the prime on this HVAC renovation for the City of El Cajon, Performing Arts Center. The scope of work consisted of furnishing and installing new air cooled chiller, boilers and pumps and interconnecting piping to the building’s existing chilled water system, including equipment, and piping and electrical service. Removal and disposal of existing equipment, a new DC building control system, new duct work, cleaning of the entire HVAC system and patching of the existing roof and wall surfaces. BACK »
